5 out of 5 starsThis was the first baby blanket I ever made. The pattern is relatively complex, so I wouldn't recommend it for an absolute beginner, but if you've knitted a few other projects before, this is an awesome blanket. My friend was thrilled with it.

5 out of 5 starsAdorable pattern! I'm not gonna lie, I bought it because I thought I might learn how this artist used lace-knitting stitches to make pictures. And while I think I get the idea, I don't think I'm up to the task of mimicking it for my own personal creations. This kind of design shows years of experience. Me, I'll just have to content myself with buying the elephant pattern too.

I have been knitting more years than I care to count. In 1998, I discovered spinning and alpacas. Hand spun, black alpaca led me to designing my first lace. I love to knit and design lace, many of my patterns are very unique 'picture' shawls .
